Hello friends aaj hum bnayenge Moong Dal Kachori Recipe or iss recipe ko aap ek baar bna k poore mahine enjoy kr skte hai. <br /><br />#MaddlyKitchenOfficial #MoongDalKachoriRecipe#KhastaKachori#CrunchyRecipe #HowToMakeMoongDalKachori #Recipe #MaddlykitchenRecipe #Recipes<br /><br />Prep Time: 20 Min | Cook Time: 40 Min | Total Time: 1 Hour | Serve: 4<br /><br />Ingredients for Filling<br /><br />Washed moong dal, yellow - 1 cup<br />Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp<br />Fennel seeds (saunf)- 1 tbsp<br />Sugar – 1/2 tbsp<br />Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp<br />Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp<br />Coriander powder-1/2 tbsp<br />Dry mango powder (amchoor) - 1/2 tbsp<br />Garm masala -1/4 tbsp<br />Salt -1 tbsp<br /><br />Dough<br /><br />Purpose flour (maida)-1 cup <br /> Salt- 1/2 tbsp<br />Oil - 2 tbsp<br />Water <br /><br />Steps you need to follow (with timestamp):<br /><br />1) Preparing Dal for Kachori - 00:37<br />2) Preparing Filling - 01:10<br />3) Kachori Base Prepration - 04:19<br />4) Making Kachories - 05:36<br />5) Ready to serve - 09:28<br /><br />Method<br /><br />Step 1: Soak moong daal for 5-6 hours, drain and grind and make a smooth paste.<br /><br />Step 2: Take a pan on medium flame add 3 tbsp heat the oil then add ginger- garlic paste cook for a while and add fennel seeds and cook for 2-3 min.<br />Add moong daal paste stir it continuously and cook it until daal changes color slightly.<br />Add all the spices sugar, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder, garam masala mix it well and cook till the daal paste is dry.<br />Turn off the gas and let it cool.<br /><br />Step 3: Take a bowl mix the flour, salt, and oil. <br />Add water and make a soft dough.<br />Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes.<br /><br />Step 4: Making Kachories<br />Take the dough and knead it for minutes. Divide the dough into small parts.<br /><br />Take one part of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin. Place filling in the center. Cover the edges and wrap the dal filling and roll it gently with a rolling pin and make the rest of them like this.<br />Heat the oil in a pan-fries them on medium-low heat. After they start to puff, slowly turn them over.
